Exacter’s patented technology identifies and locates RF Failure Signature™ emissions on overhead equipment. John has been involved in the electric utility industry for over 30 years, first as an engineer/manager of a large investor-owned utility, and then as Vice President of Scientific Columbus, a provider of electronic metering and measurement systems for the electric utility industry.
Geoffrey Bibo
President & CEO
Geoffrey’s experience in working with electric utilities, proven ability in building strategic alliances and structured purchase programs, is an asset in working with Exacter clients to maximize ROI and reliability improvements. His responsibilities include sales, strategic alliances, marketing, and operations. Geoffrey is an excellent communicator who helps customers analyze and qualify the benefits from Exacter Vision Analytics.

Chris is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of financial experience. He has founded multiple companies and brings his skill to Exacter to help accelerate growth and client relationships.
Mark Parsisson
Vice President of Development & Strategy
Mark has led project management, professional services, organizational change, and product innovation and strategy teams during his career. He has a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and an MBA making him well suited to his key role at Exacter. Mark was instrumental in developing Exacter’s latest innovation a Trekker unit created specifically for mobile fleet deployment.
Dane Nagel
Director – Field Operations
Dane has been in the municipal utility market since 1999 working for The Village of Fort Loramie, and then onto The Village of Versailles as Utility Superintendent. After joining Exacter in 2014, Dane has led the strategic planning, project scope, management of project process, reporting, in-field training, and short & long term preventive maintenance planning for municipal electrical utilities. As a former utility manager himself, Dane has been extremely effective in developing reliability solutions that are both preventive and pro-active and meet the specific requirements of municipal utilities.
